Tradition & Production
Production takes place at the family’s privately owned olive press, certified by DIO for organic olive oil.
The process relies on traditional granite millstones and cold pressing below 27°C, preserving the natural aromas and nutritional properties of the olive fruit.
The two phase extraction system without waste, along with the reuse of by products for compost and biomass, reflects our commitment to eco-friendly and sustainable production.
