To Fit
Installing the Weiss Snow Sock is quick and simple:
Park safely, stop the engine, and apply the handbrake.
Fit the Snow Sock onto the driving wheels, starting from the top of the tire and working your way down. Slip the elastic edge securely over the wheel.
Move the vehicle forward about one meter (or backward if traction prevents forward movement).
Pull the remaining part of the Snow Sock into position.
The Snow Sock will automatically center itself as you begin driving.
There’s only one correct way to fit the Weiss Snow Sock — no training or experience is needed. You do not need to deactivate traction or stability systems such as ETS, ASR, ESP, or DSC. Drive gently and avoid wheel spin, sudden acceleration, or hard braking to prevent damage.
Stop and apply the handbrake.

Move the car forward about one meter to release the bottom section.
